My children’s school is going to have a silent auction. Does anyone have any suggestions for the bidding form?

First, put the item name at top of paper. Under that state minimum
opening bid. Then two columns of numbers from 1-20. Title one column BID the other column Auction Number or Name, depending on whether you have everyone who comes receive a registration number when they arrive. I would suggest this because if everyone knows each other, they might not bid against people they know.
Don’t be afraid to start the bidding price close to the actual cost of
item, because it is a fundraiser, people expect to make purchases to "help the cause."

Have helped with many silient auctions.
Depends on how many participants but first on the top page put the name of the item being bid on and description information. On second page have several numbered lines with columns for amount and client #. Then assign everyone participating a client number and request they not share it with anyone!

Have all the items listed and a space next to each item for listing a bidding price
