…and I won two people, a 17 yr old guy and a 17 yr old girl. What can I get them to do for me for the day?

you know what you can do with the girl. Sell the guy off to the girls for the day.

Good fundraising ideas?

Posted by admin in fundraising auction

I need to think of a good fundraising idea for my school. And it has to creative, so not like BINGO, raffle, battle of the bands, auction, etc…

something good and creative.. :D
thanks :D :D

you’ll probably still want the great creative idea you’re looking for, but do this one, too since its so simple and free. It’ll take a minute to sign up, then you (other students, parents, teachers, etc.) just search the web (like using google or yahoo, but this will be a special yahoo page just for your school). The company sends you a check after you earn your first $25 which would take a couple of weeks or less depending how many students/parents are using it

Myself (Kylie) & my friend (Stevie) are being "auctioned off" at our school’s senior auction. Complying seniors sign up to take part in the auction & need a slogan or theme song that will be sai before their "biding" begins. The underclassmen are able to "Buy" a senior or a pair of seniors for the day. They can make us dress up in wacky clothes, sing to them, & carry their books ect.. Nothing too crazy or harsh, it’s all for fun. The money raised will go to charity. So it’s all in a good name. We need a cute slogan to say to represent us. It can be flirty but not extreme. We’re both cheerleaders. Any help??

Peace, Love, (insert name)

My son has been selected to be a Student Ambassador to Europe this summer and needs to raise $6,000. He is already doing holiday pie orders, Christmas gift wrapping, auctioning off a horse, selling lollipops for Valentine’s, and a travelling flamingo…uh…thingy. What else can you think of?

I might be able to come up with a few things for you. These have been tried with schools before and have been very successful. All you have to do is go out and get ‘er done LOL

- Cookie dough. Won’t cost you anything up front, take orders and have the product shipped to you. Arrange an announcement to let the student know when to pick it up, you won’t even have to deliver. Works well for selling at the mall as well.
- Get skratch cards. Hand the cards to people, they skratch off a donation amount, you give them a coupon to a local resteraunt. Simple and raise a lot of money quickly
- Put on a concert or sports event at the school, charge for admission, plus have your food there to make extra money. Get school bands, comedians, storytellers to perform.

Check the links for more fund raising ideas.

Good luck with whatever you pick
